Whether you hire us to install your new tile, or simply clean and revitalize your existing tile, our experts know how to operate the new machinery that few of us now have.

And we're pretty good at this. So good in fact, that other tile and flooring companies actually HIRE US to clean some of their customers' tile and stone!

The extensive process starts with applying pre-treatment to the tile, and allowing it to penetrate for up to 30 minutes; sometimes, in severe cases, scrubbing the floor with a commercial rotary machine.
The pre-treatment loosens accumulated soil, grease, and contaminants, and prepares the surface for the exhaustive tile and grout deep cleaning process.
We then use a commercial-grade pressure washing system designed specifically for tile and grout cleaning. Our process washes the floor to extract soil and grease from the pores of the tile and grout or other hard surface floors. This system generates 1,200 psi of water pressure to soften and extract years of soil and contaminants.
The specialized floor tool connects to a powerful vacuum hose which sucks the cleaning disc to the floor and confines the water spray inside the 16" disc. There is virtually no water splash over to worry about.

The vacuum hose draws away the water, along with the dirt, through ports to a containment tank on the machine, leaving your floors perfect;y clean and residue free!

After we clean the floor, and allow it to dry, we then seal the floor with either an impregnating sealer or topical sealer. Both sealers have their place, and the choice is yours, although we will recommend what we believe may be the best option.

Finally, we provide instructions for you on how to take proper care of the floors and will demonstrate which kinds of cleaners will do the best job without breaking down the sealer.
